Animal control programs pick up and impound or return to their owners domestic animals who have strayed from their homes. Animal Control Officers are also charged with enforcing leash laws, animal sanitation ordinances and handling complaints regarding domestic animals who have bitten someone or are otherwise making a nuisance of themselves. The Campbell County animal control officer is unable to handle wildlife.

This office answers routine calls Monday through Saturday from noon to 5:30 pm. Routine calls will be logged and handled as soon as possible during regular business hours.
